Serve Vancouver customers through personal banking advice, service transactions, and digital education in an onsite, full time trainee position with TD Canada Trust.

As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and colleagues. The branch role includes customer problem resolution, confidential judgement, documentation, and operational processes. Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Guide customers to appropriate contacts for banking solutions
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Complete accurate business processes and documentation

Requirements:

- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills considered an asset
