Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Leader to drive consulting growth, enterprise data strategy, analytics transformation, and AI-led business outcomes for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients. This senior leadership role requires a combination of executive advisory, enterprise architecture, business development, presales, and large-scale transformation experience.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience across Data, Analytics, AI, and Enterprise Transformation, including significant leadership experience in architecture, consulting, presales, and business growth. The role will involve building trusted relationships with CDOs, CIOs, CAIOs, and other senior executives, shaping strategic consulting engagements, developing new revenue opportunities, and establishing TCS as a trusted partner for BFSI Data, Analytics & AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities





- Build and maintain strategic relationships with CDOs, CIOs, CAIOs, business executives, and senior technology leaders.
- Advise BFSI clients on enterprise data strategy, analytics transformation, AI adoption, governance, operating models, and modernization priorities.
- Translate business challenges into transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, steering committee meetings, and strategic client discussions.
- Drive business growth across Data, Analytics & AI services, from chance identification and qualification through solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Shape large consulting and transformation engagements, including solution direction, value propositions, commercial models, and delivery roadmaps.
- Lead RFP responses and proactive proposals, ensuring solutions are differentiated, feasible, and outcome-focused.
