As an Insurance Advisor or Senior Insurance Advisor, you will help customers select insurance products and services for life events and future needs. The work includes reviewing coverage, recommending options, and delivering signature customer experiences. You will work with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting while meeting guidelines and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue BCAA insurance products and services independently
- Review current coverage and recommend appropriate options
- Assess coverage with Support Teams and Underwriting
- Process payments, renewals, endorsements,
and cancellations
- Maintain customer accounts and documentation accurately
Requirements:
- One to two consecutive years of general insurance experience
- One year selling homeowners insurance for senior level
- Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance license
- Completed Autoplan Essentials and maintained positive standing
- Basic MS Office knowledge and technology comfort
