Reporting to the Director, Venture Services, you will lead Market Insights delivery for clients and internal teams. The position combines team leadership, client intake, research design, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and service planning. You will ensure insights support data-informed decisions as artificial intelligence and market trends evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage analysts and co-op students through planning, coaching, and reviews
- Lead intake, triage, prioritization, capacity planning, and workflow management
- Translate ambiguous needs into research questions and methodologies
- Interpret complex data into strategic, actionable insights




- Oversee quality standards, reporting, vendors, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, analytics, or related field
- Minimum five years’ market research, intelligence, or strategic analysis experience
- Leadership experience managing teams and client-facing projects
- Experience with research platforms, databases, analytics, CRM, and visualization tools
- Responsible use and validation of artificial intelligence-enabled tools
