Schlegel Villages seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver resident-centered clinical care in a long-term care setting. The role includes comprehensive geriatric assessments, diagnostic testing support, palliative care leadership, and multidisciplinary team education. You will contribute to clinical quality improvement outcomes and Village quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive assessments and support diagnostic testing

Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience completing comprehensive geriatric assessments
- Current Heart Save Level CPR and AIS Certification
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring care professionals
- Knowledge of long-term care legislation and regulations
