Shine City Pressure Washing is hiring an Operations Manager in Training to learn day-to-day business operations directly under its Operations Manager. You will lead crews, train team members, provide in-person quotes, and coordinate with sales. The work supports exterior cleaning across Langley, Surrey, and the Fraser Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead crews on pressure washing and exterior cleaning jobs
- Train crew members on work, photos, and videos
- Visit homes, answer questions, and provide customer quotes
- Coordinate quotes, scheduling, and questions with sales
- Maintain schedules, notes, photos,



and updates in software

Requirements:

- Valid British Columbia driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Explicit, confident spoken and written English
- Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and remain standing
- Residence within approximately thirty minutes of Langley
- Reliable, independent, people-focused, and comfortable learning software
