This advisor role serves ongoing client needs while selling new policies and retaining existing business. You will answer inquiries, quote new business, process applications, and communicate with insurers. The work also includes maintaining underwriting knowledge, participating in training, and supporting community marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Answer inquiries, conduct care calls, and process renewals
- Sell recent policies and retain existing business
- Prepare insurer documentation and issue insurance certificates
- Discuss guidelines and policies with Underwriters and Adjusters

Requirements:

- High School or Post-Secondary Education
- Minimum one year of Personal Insurance experience preferred
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
