We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Scientist with robust expertise in bioanalytical mass spectrometry to join our Method Development team. The successful candidate will lead the development and optimization of regulatory-ready bioanalytical methods using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for a variety of therapeutic modalities, including small molecules, peptides, biologics, biomarkers, and oligonucleotides.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize robust bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform and oversee sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
- Investigate and resolve complex bioanalytical challenges through systematic troubleshooting, experimental design, and root-cause assessment.
- Participate in client discussions and scientific meetings, communicating method development strategies, analytical results, and technical recommendations.
- Prepare, review, and approve method development reports, SOPs, and other technical documentation as required.
