Job description
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:* Participate in the preparation, organization and facilitation of discovery workshops related to the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management platform;
* Support project managers in the adoption and use of the processes supported by the solution;
* Collect, analyze and document business needs and functional requirements;
* Advise teams on best practices in portfolio management, project management, and request management;
* Ensure the alignment between business processes and the functionalities offered by the platform;
* Translate user needs into explicit functional specifications for delivery teams;
* Participate in the validation of configurations and the realization of user tests;
* Contribute to training, change management and knowledge
