As Senior Operational Auditor, you will lead the operational audit program and maintain compliance with IOSA requirements through a rolling schedule. You will conduct company-wide SQA audits, targeted operational audits, and station safety audits. The work also supports safety reporting and continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute WestJet Group System Quality Audit strategies
- Lead operational, focused, ad hoc, and station safety audits
- Deliver initial and recurrent operational auditor training
- Review audit feedback and strengthen team learning
- Travel across WestJet’s network approximately 10-20% annually
Requirements:
- Three to six years of audit experience or equivalent
- Required airline operations experience
- Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations and IOSA requirements
- Understanding of SMS and quality assurance principles
- Valid passport and unrestricted network travel ability
