Join a high-visibility enterprise initiative focused on operationalizing accountability for data governance, data quality, and data risk management across global business functions. This role leads the execution of the ELT Delegate Engagement Program, including governance forums, onboarding activities, executive communications, and data landscape assessments. The position offers significant exposure to executive leadership within a complex, regulated financial services environment. The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple business units to drive governance adoption and program execution.

Location: Toronto/Hybrid (3 Days a Week on Site)

Must Haves

- 5+ years leading Enterprise Data Governance , data management, or transformation initiatives in regulated organizations
- Strong Program Management and Project Management leadership across complex cross-functional initiatives
- Executive stakeholder management , facilitation, and presentation delivery to senior leadership
- Demonstrated knowledge of data governance , data ownership, stewardship, data quality, metadata, lineage, and data risk
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Data Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

Nice to Have

- Experience implementing or operationalizing enterprise data governance operating models




- Change management and organizational transformation experience
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CDMP, DAMA, CBIP, or equivalent
- Master's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

- Lead execution of the ELT Delegate Engagement Program across segments and functions
- Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, onboarding sessions, and executive briefings
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Conduct data landscape and ownership assessments
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, status reports, and leadership updates
- Engage senior stakeholders to drive accountability and decision-making
- Escalate and resolve governance-related issues and risks
