As a Labour Management Specialist, you will help maintain labour and efficiency tools supporting store profitability. The work includes budgets, databases, management software, margins, and operational performance. You will also provide technical support and recommendations across outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain labour, efficiency, and supermarket results databases
- Prepare Store and Division budgets
- Develop technological tools supporting store operations
- Visit outlets and recommend profitability improvements
- Validate management tool compliance and software patches
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education and five years of store experience
- Store management experience preferred
- Robust analytical, technical, and professional knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Power BI knowledge and bilingualism are assets
