Lead SCADA and DWRR design for TRP’s ECWE project, applying systems integration and interface management across Toronto’s light rail expansion.

Trillium Rail Partners needs a Design Lead for the Stations, Rail, and Systems package. This senior technical role oversees deliverables, integration, interfaces, safety, reliability, and schedule compliance for SCADA and Distributed Wireless Radio Relay systems. You will coordinate designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and review SCADA and DWRR design deliverables
- Coordinate integration with communications, signaling, power, and civil disciplines
- Define and validate SCADA signals and interface requirements




- Resolve technical conflicts and manage interface issues
- Prepare design progress, risk, and decision reports

Requirements:

- Seven or more years designing SCADA and DWRR systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems
- Knowledge of systems engineering, V-lifecycle, and requirements management
- Familiarity with IBM DOORS or DOORS NG
- Technical leadership and multidisciplinary coordination capabilities
