Support Métis child and family services through critical incident reporting, case management, and administrative coordination in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Travel is required.
The Service Specialist works under the Service Manager with the MCFSA Service team. This full time permanent position supports reports, briefing materials, communications, and service administration. Responsibilities include reviews, regulatory actions, committee participation, and collaboration with community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete critical incident, death, and serious injury reports
- Conduct internal agency and special investigation reviews
- Review authority change and guardianship
