Position Overview

You are an experienced Corporate LIT professional with a passion for client services and market oriented mindset. As a Senior Manager in our Corporate Restructuring practice, you will lead client relationships and collaborate with nationally recognized insolvency leaders on complex, high impact mandates across British Columbia. You bring an entrepreneurial approach,



thrive in collaborative teams, and are energized by growing a practice, expanding your leadership skills, and mentoring others.

As Senior Manager, Restructuring, you will be responsible for:

Service Delivery:

- Leading and managing statutory corporate insolvency engagements from initial consultation through discharge,
- Providing exceptional client service with a focus on communication, quality and adherence to statutory responsibilities, while managing a portfolio of complex corporate restructuring files
- Reporting to creditors, stakeholders and the Court, including the preparation, editing and proofing of key correspondence, Court reports and letters to stakeholders
- Filing various documents with the Court and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Hands-on role on file engagements including possession/control matters, communicating with stakeholders, attending to file issues on an as needed basis and developing resolutions
- Tracking file progress, milestones and deadlines, reviewing invoices, preparing payments and handling trust
