We are looking for a Retail Portfolio Operations Intern to join our Vancouver-based Investment Resource Group for an 8-month term (January-August 2027). This role offers an excellent prospect for a student or recent graduate interested in investment operations, financial services, process improvement, and technology. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience supporting retail portfolio operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment

What You Will Do

- Assist with maintaining and reconciling client portfolio data.
- Support the maintenance of operational systems and data used across portfolio administration, trade management, and reporting platforms.
- Assist with quarter-end fee processing and related operational activities.
- Respond to routine inquiries from custodians and internal business partners under guidance from team members.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for operational and management purposes.
