The Role

Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry is seeking an experienced and dedicated Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, warehouse, inventory and order-fulfillment activities.

This is a hands‑on position that includes order picking, product handling,



pallet movement and warehouse organization. The employee will also communicate with the Order Desk, Sales and Production teams and provide Order Desk backup when required.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping and Logistics

- Pick, prepare and stage customer orders accurately and within required cut‑off times.
- Check product codes, quantities, weights and order details before shipment.
- Report shortages, damaged products and order discrepancies to the appropriate team.
- Load, unload and move products using approved warehouse equipment.
- Organize finished goods and maintain clean and safe shipping, cooler and freezer areas.
- Coordinate daily shipping priorities with the manager, Order Desk, Sales and Production teams.
- Follow up on incomplete orders, special orders and warehouse transfers.
