As a Packaging Line Operator, you will set up the Aagard Packaging Cell and package finished products according to schedules and specifications. The role requires mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and the ability to understand procedures. You will also support accurate records, continuous improvement, and effective departmental communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate the Aagard Packaging Cell
- Add SDS, apply overwrap, seal cartons, and label products
- Palletize finished spool and coil products using automated equipment
- Follow departmental procedures, specifications,



and plant regulations
- Support environmental health and safety practices

Requirements:

- Read, write, and perform general math for job records
- Understand and interpret related procedures and specifications
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude with minimal supervision
- Hold propane and electric forklift licensing
- Bring one to three years of manufacturing experience
