As a Global Benefits Senior Consultant, you will serve mid-sized and large multinational clients through benefits strategies, implementations, and coordinated country services. The work combines project management, employee benefits knowledge, analytical skills, and presentations. You will collaborate with client teams, local Aon professionals, and external parties while managing deliverables within established time frames and financial parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead assigned projects with limited direction and defined parameters
- Coordinate renewals, policy placement, benchmarking, audits, and M&A; services




- Present results during client meetings and prepare reports
- Resolve issues, escalate appropriately, and communicate with stakeholders
- Train staff and review work products for accuracy

Requirements:

- Five or more years in HR or professional services consulting
- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- French and English bilingualism for frequent client interactions
- Working knowledge of employee advantages
