Use Revit and technical detailing to support healthcare architecture projects at B+H, contributing within a multidisciplinary design workplace. Help coordinate documentation from design development through construction administration. As an Intermediate Architect on B+H’s Healthcare team, you will support complex healthcare and institutional projects across multiple stages. The work combines architectural drawings, specifications, BIM-based delivery, consultant coordination, and project planning. You will help project teams maintain technical quality while supporting clients, contractors, project managers, and senior architects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support healthcare and institutional projects through design and construction phases
- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Coordinate drawing updates,



RFI responses, and submittal reviews
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support project deliverables, schedules, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Architecture degree from an accredited institution
- Five or more years of professional architectural experience
- Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code Bring healthcare architecture, Revit, technical documentation, and coordination skills to Intermediate Architect projects at B+H.
