As Supervisor, Merchandising, you will direct full time and part time Merchandisers across grocery chains and mass merchandisers. The 12 month contract focuses on translating strategic priorities into store execution. Success requires workforce planning, customer partnerships, and budget awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Staff, train, evaluate, and develop merchandising team members
- Schedule labour to match business volume and demands
- Monitor store execution standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage labour and operating budgets
- Align initiatives with Sales and Customer Operations partners

Requirements:
- One to three years of progressive Sales experience
- Account management experience in a consumer goods organization
- Knowledge of complex selling and promotional programs
- Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds Bring merchandising leadership, customer relationship building, and operational discipline to Coke Canada Bottling’s Sudbury and North Bay teams.
