Support Lush Retail teams through FP&A; analysis, forecasting, and business partnering in a hybrid Toronto or Vancouver position. Turn financial data into actionable decisions. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support decision making, planning, and results across Lush’s Retail stream. You will develop tools, metrics, and processes while delivering accurate, relevant information to stakeholders. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, operational reviews, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Retail teams on timely financial support
- Analyze month-end variances, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and forecasting model improvements
- Review KPIs and identify actionable stakeholder opportunities




- Develop dashboards, analysis, and decision-support materials

Requirements:
- One to two years of progressive FP&A; experience
- Solid presentation, communication, analytical, and modeling skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial statements and business drivers
- High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Proactive, collaborative, organized, and results-oriented approach Build Retail finance expertise at Lush through forecasting, variance analysis, Excel modeling, and clear stakeholder communication.
