Turn financial data into trusted decisions at Elmer's using data modeling and Power BI. Work across ERP, production software, and spreadsheets. As a Finance and Systems Analyst, you will own financial data structure and integrity across connected systems. You will support FP&A; models, financial analysis, accounting, and business intelligence. The purpose is to create one documented source of truth for management and budget owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a documented cross-system data model
- Administer FP&A; budget, forecast, and cash flow models
- Find ERP bottlenecks and reporting visibility gaps
- Trace accounting variances to source transactions
- Create Power BI dashboards and streamlined Excel reporting

Requirements:
- Understand general ledger, month-end close, and financial statements
- Reconcile data across sources and trace figures
- Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting experience
- Experience in financial or systems analysis
- Relevant education or equivalent education and experience Bring accounting knowledge, data modeling, and reporting expertise to make Elmer's financial information accurate, timely, and usable.
