Lead refrigerant operations through equipment oversight, quality control, and safety compliance while supervising daily division activities. Support effective yard and cylinder workflows. GFL seeks an Operations Supervisor, Refrigerants, to oversee daily processing operations and personnel management. The supervisor directs operators, manages assignments, monitors inventory, and reinforces standard operating procedures. This position supports regulatory compliance, emergency response, and accurate reporting through SEMS.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise refrigerant operators and organize yard activities
- Conduct shift meetings and weekly Toolbox Talks
- Oversee incoming and outgoing cylinder quality control
- Manage assignments, inventory,



and material accuracy
- Coordinate spill containment and emergency cleanup response

Requirements:
- Troubleshooting ability for processing equipment and systems
- Strong knowledge of the JACK database
- Leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety compliance and inventory logistics
