RM Precast seeks an eager Site Assessor to evaluate residential sites before precast concrete installation. The position coordinates with Project Managers, Site-Superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and installation crews. Success requires time management, independent work, customer service, and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily visits for geographical efficiency
- Check Edmonton-area sites for installation readiness
- Report readiness to project and installation teams
- Communicate project updates with clients
- Inspect completed work and identify concerns

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable transportation for daily site visits
- Residential construction experience preferred
- CRM, estimation, or project software experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently Bring residential construction experience, organized site assessments, and safety-conscious communication to RM Precast installation projects.
