This early-career FP&A; role offers direct exposure to the VP, CEO, department heads, and Board of Directors. You will own monthly BvA reporting, maintain the company operating model, lead budget reforecasts, and prepare strategic analysis. Curiosity, intrinsic drive, and proactive problem-solving are valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly BvA packages and explain variances
- Maintain the company operating model and financial KPIs
- Support annual budgets, reforecasts, and headcount planning
- Prepare monthly leadership review materials
- Deliver ad hoc analysis for senior leadership

Requirements:
- Two to four years of relevant finance experience
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degree
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience building operating or three-statement models
- Working accounting knowledge and BvA reporting experience Bring FP&A;, operating model, variance analysis, and Excel expertise to Clearco’s executive decision-support work.
