Key Responsibilities
- Build resident relationships and address concerns
- Oversee leasing from inquiry through resident onboarding
- Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
- Manage property staff and administer services
- Collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate moves
Requirements:
- Three years’ leasing, property management, or related experience
- One year supervising in property management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is an asset
