Lead domestic and international shipping for Vital Bio onsite, using customs expertise and accuracy across urgent, complex shipments. Manage changing priorities. As Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will own shipments from request through delivery across parcel, courier, air freight, LTL, FTL, and expedited services. Your work supports Vital Bio’s diagnostics operations through accurate documentation, carrier coordination, customs resolution, and dependable delivery. You will also support receiving, inventory control, material movement, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Own domestic and international shipments through final delivery
- Prepare labels, invoices, customs, and import/export documentation
- Coordinate dangerous goods, chemicals, devices, and sensitive equipment
- Manage refrigerated,



frozen, and dry-ice shipments
- Resolve delays with carriers, brokers, vendors, and 3PL partners

Requirements:
- Approximately five years of hands-on logistics experience
- Robust domestic, international shipping, and customs clearance experience
- Experience classifying and shipping chemicals or dangerous goods
- Ability to manage urgent priorities independently and accurately
- Ability to lift up to 23 kilograms as required Bring customs documentation, dangerous-goods shipping, and carrier coordination expertise to Vital Bio’s onsite logistics operations.
