Lead AV control programming with Crestron, Q-SYS, and Extron while creating responsive interfaces and supporting deployments remotely. This senior role centers on complex systems, UI/UX design, and technical troubleshooting. As a Senior Programmer, you will develop user interfaces, system code, standards, and templates for AV systems. You will coordinate with stakeholders, design engineering, field engineering, project management, clients, and international programmers. The work includes programming, graphic design, customer service, mentoring, and project support.

Requirements:
- Seven years of audio visual control system development
- Associate or bachelor degree, or equivalent experience
- Crestron, Q-SYS, and Extron platform experience
- C#, TypeScript or JavaScript, Python, Lua, or PowerShell
