Coordinate MDS assessments and restorative programming full time at Manitoulin Centennial Manor in Little Current, Ontario. Apply analytical skills and RAI knowledge. Reporting to the Director of Care, the MDS/RAI Coordinator supports assessment timelines, data collection, reporting guidelines, and funding requirements. The Restorative Care Lead also develops, implements, and monitors restorative programming for eligible residents. This position teaches staff about MDS requirements, RAI content, and reporting processes while supporting accuracy across the Home.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident MDS assessments within established timelines
- Analyze RAI data, reports, quality indicators, and RUG products
- Coach staff on MDS, RAI, and RUG requirements




- Submit quarterly assessments and resolve submission errors
- Develop and monitor restorative programming for eligible residents

Requirements:
- Three to five years’ long-term care experience
- MDS experience considered an asset
- Strong analytical and assessment skills
- Knowledge of InterRAI tools and MDS/RUG III systems
- Ability to lead adult education and communicate effectively Support accurate RAI reporting and resident restorative care through assessment leadership, staff education, and data analysis.
