Execute radio promotions for STAR 95.9 and JACK 96.9 onsite in Calgary, coordinating contests, audience communications, and promotional events. As a Promotions Specialist on a 12 month contract with Rogers Sports & Media, you will support station and client campaigns. Your work includes contest coordination, project management, social media, email marketing, and audience engagement. You will collaborate with Content Directors, Talent, Sales, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver accurate promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid and added-value contests
- Maintain contest rules and regulatory documentation
- Create online contest pages and promotional website assets
- Manage listener entries, prizes, winners, and distribution




- Coordinate station events and in-person promotional activities

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, broadcasting, or related fields
- Two or more years in promotions, marketing, media, radio, or events
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Experience with social media, email tools, and Monday.com
