Procurement and sourcing expertise define this full time permanent analyst role with PRIDE Seeds, supporting purchasing across North America. The Procurement and Purchasing Analyst I manages transactional purchasing while serving as a Strategic Procurement Business Partner. The work covers demand planning, category management, supplier relationships, negotiation, compliance, and value delivery. The role provides direct support to the North America Controller.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate internal needs into competitive, compliant purchasing solutions
- Manage assigned categories, portfolios, spend, risks, and contracts
- Conduct RFI, RFP, RFQ, and supplier evaluations
- Negotiate commercial terms and document award justifications




- Monitor supplier performance, purchase orders, risks, and commitments

Requirements:
- University degree in business, engineering, logistics, economics, or related field
- At least five years of purchasing or procurement experience
- Experience with strategic or tactical sourcing activities
- Knowledge of SAP or SAP S/4HANA purchasing processes
