Build Pairs’ investor network remotely through founder relationships, direct investor conversations, and disciplined prospect judgment. Work asynchronously across both sides of private investing. As Venture Partner, you will bring Series A and later companies into Pairs while developing relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and angel investors. You will work directly with two co-founders and the investor team, using the platform for pipeline, research, and follow-up. Your focus remains conversations, qualification, and matching relevant opportunities.

- Bring qualified Series A and later companies to Pairs
- Grow relationships with new private investors monthly
- Match opportunities to each investor’s preferences
- Keep founder and investor relationships current and qualified
- Judge which opportunities deserve network attention
Requirements:
- Active founder and direct investor relationships built personally
- Experience bringing a company or investor into a private round
- Understanding of stage, traction, round structure, and investor passes
- Discretion with confidential investor and company information
