Your work will span equipment assessments, system design consulting, current construction consulting, depreciation reports, warranty reviews, and building condition assessments.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mechanical construction documents and equipment specifications
- Conduct site evaluations and mechanical assessments
- Complete warranty reviews and depreciation reports
- Write mechanical reports and coordinate project delivery




- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:
- Minimum four years inspecting and designing building mechanical systems
