Support corporate clients through stock plan administration using Salesforce.com, Zendesk, Shareworks, and Equity Edge Online platforms. Deliver accurate service while meeting internal SLAs. As an Associate Client Success Manager, you will execute repeatable equity compensation administration tasks and respond to client questions. You will process events, manage data changes, resolve concerns, and maintain relationships. The work supports outsourced and client-managed stock plan functions across Morgan Stanley at Work’s platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily procedures, import errors, and related fixes
- Complete monthly reconciliation of disposition records
- Process restricted stock releases and stock purchases
- Update enrollment, grant agreements, reporting,



and client data
- Document solutions and track issues through resolution

Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher preferred in business, finance, or accounting
- One to five years resolving customer inquiries
- CEP Certification preferred; Level 1 required within twelve months
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills
