Wealthsimple is seeking a Fraud Investigator in Toronto to specialize in card fraud and disputes. You will protect client funds by evaluating transactions, authentication methods, and digital footprints to distinguish fraud from friendly disputes. This is a 9-month initial engagement with potential extensions based on performance. You will manage multiple disputes, file chargebacks, and communicate clearly with clients while adhering to SLAs.
