Lead Chubb’s Global AI portfolio with program governance, risk management, and executive reporting at its core. Own delivery oversight for a flagship AI program. Reporting to the VP, AI Programs, Strategy & Operations, this lead manages portfolio health and delivery outcomes. You will assess actual progress, establish risk frameworks, and coordinate across product, engineering, delivery teams, and IT partners. The work supports timely leadership decisions and stronger outcomes-based practices. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain independent status, risk, and value views across programs Run governance and reporting cadences for concurrent AI programs Identify risks and establish mitigation ownership with partners Oversee flagship program delivery across data, model,



and application layers Produce decision-ready communication for senior leadership Requirements:

10+ years of program or portfolio management experience Enterprise-scale technology delivery in complex global environments Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence skills Experience building governance, risk, and reporting frameworks Hands-on AI engagement and AI delivery lifecycle understanding Bring portfolio leadership, AI delivery oversight, and risk governance expertise to Chubb’s Global AI programs and outcomes.
