As Site Logistics Shift Coordinator, you will guide operational employees, set priorities, and coordinate essential work across the crew. You will support training, apply Dow policies, and help maintain operating discipline, work processes, and flexibility. The position also connects work with Maintenance, Lab, Quality, and other departments. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily crew activities and prioritize essential operational tasks Coach team members through technical guidance, training, and mentoring Coordinate work completion with Maintenance, Lab, and Quality Issue safe work permits and support energy source isolations Lead immediate response during emergencies and report site incidents Requirements:
