American Iron & Metal (AIM) is a family-owned leader in metal recycling with 125 sites and 4,000 employees. The Site Manager will coordinate site activities, lead teams, ensure safe operations and a robust customer-focused culture. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee procurement, transportation, daily operations, and implement process improvements while meeting performance targets and health and safety standards.
