Own SMT, AOI, soldering, coating, assembly, and test processes Lead NPI from DFM review through volume release Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions Plan capital equipment and qualify installations Coach engineering teams and build shift coverage Requirements:

P.Eng. accreditation and an engineering bachelor’s degree Ten or more years in electronics assembly manufacturing Five or more years leading process or manufacturing engineering Working knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and ESD Ability to read schematics, drawings, BOMs, and Gerber data Apply production engineering leadership, NPI expertise, and electronics manufacturing knowledge across Syntronic’s Ottawa factory operations.
