Reporting to the Senior Director, Data Office, this director-level role builds and leads Nutrien’s global data governance program. You will partner with business, technology, risk, Legal, and Compliance functions across a matrixed organization. The work covers master data, critical data elements, regulatory requirements, and adoption across domains. Key Responsibilities:





Design and implement the global data governance framework Define master and reference data standards Establish ownership and accountability across data domains Facilitate governance councils and working groups Lead master data maintenance teams and adoption initiatives Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 15+ years in data governance or enterprise data roles 5+ years managing teams with executive-level influence Experience launching governance programs from the ground up Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK and SAP master data Bring executive influence, data governance expertise, and people leadership to strengthen trusted enterprise data across Nutrien globally.
