Lead finance for AdeptAg’s Plantech Control Solutions with Sage Intacct, cash forecasting, and multi-site accounting responsibilities. Primarily based in Chatham, Ontario, you will support three divisions. This experienced, hands-on Controller leads finance across JM Controls & Electric, Plantech East, and Plantech West. The position owns close, reporting, tax, cash management, budgeting, and operational finance. You will partner with operations, site leaders, and the AdeptAg group team while leading accounting teams across locations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes Manage cash forecasts, vendor payments, and customer collections Lead tax requirements and coordinate timely filings Oversee inventory accounting, job costing, WIP,



and labour tracking Develop accounting teams and standardize practices across sites Requirements:

CPA designation and accounting, finance, or related degree Eight-plus years of progressive accounting experience Three-plus years as Controller or similar finance leader Manufacturing, industrial, or project-based accounting background Robust Excel, ERP, cash forecasting, and working capital skills Apply your Controller leadership, operational finance expertise, and Sage Intacct knowledge across AdeptAg’s multi-site business unit.
