Build reliable AWS production systems at ContactMonkey as an Intermediate Site Reliability Engineer focused on Kubernetes and Terraform. This full-time role includes shared on-call rotation after onboarding. Work with SRE and development teams to maintain infrastructure, improve deployments, investigate production issues, and address security risks. You will support SOC 2 controls and GDPR compliance while using AI coding agents for Terraform, incident debugging, and operational automation. The setting includes EKS, Terragrunt, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain AWS and Kubernetes production environments Build Terraform modules and manage Terragrunt configuration Improve CI/CD pipelines, releases,



and rollback procedures Investigate incidents using logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts Strengthen IAM, secrets, network, and Kubernetes security Requirements:

Around three to five years of relevant engineering experience Hands-on AWS production workload experience Terraform, Terragrunt, Docker, and Kubernetes experience Understanding of Linux, networking, DNS, HTTP, and TLS Practical application security and automation experience Apply your AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and security expertise to dependable ContactMonkey operations and production improvements.
