Lead enterprise site IT support at Nutrien, combining service ownership, technology reliability, and global operating-model leadership across supported facilities. As Director, IT Site Support, you will set strategy for global Site IT and Nutri-Site. You will guide lifecycle planning, incident leadership, site delivery, vendor partnerships, financial stewardship, risk controls, and executive support. Success requires trusted relationships with site leaders and collaboration across infrastructure, end-user computing, cybersecurity, applications, service management, and business relationship teams. Key Responsibilities:

Set enterprise site support strategy, standards, governance, and roadmaps Own technology reliability, lifecycle planning, and refresh activities Lead site-impacting incidents, escalations, communications,



and continuity support Coordinate enterprise projects, readiness, risks, dependencies, and support transitions Manage vendors, budgets, documentation, controls, and executive technology support Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience 15+ years of progressive IT experience At least five years leading IT professionals Experience with geographically dispersed site support operations Knowledge of ITSM, networking, cybersecurity, vendors, and budgets Direct Nutrien's site technology experience through reliable operations, disciplined service management, and robust stakeholder partnerships worldwide.
