VPAC seeks a Superintendent familiar with concrete and wood frame multifamily construction. This supervisory role coordinates subcontractors, consultants, vendors, materials, schedules, documentation, and site procedures. You will communicate project conflicts, guide trades, and support protected, organized construction sites. Key Responsibilities:

Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors with the Project Manager Manage safe, professional,



and organized construction sites Lead meetings with trades and provide project guidance Prepare weekly lookahead schedules for project teams Enforce construction standards, quality control, and deficiency lists Requirements:

Five to ten years in concrete or wood frame construction Multifamily Superintendent or direct supervisory experience Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specifications Working knowledge of construction health and safety programs Ability to communicate clearly and promote teamwork Apply construction leadership, schedule control, safety knowledge, and quality focus to VPAC multifamily projects in Kelowna.
