Mill Operators support Coeur Mining’s Rainy River operation in a 14/14 schedule. The work covers milling operations across grinding, leaching, reagents, crushing, and related circuits. Success requires process-control knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and safe independent or team-based performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mill processing circuits at the Rainy River operation
- Monitor grinding, leaching, reagents, and crushing circuits
- Support operations across CND, tailings, and elution circuits
- Use control room systems during mill processing activities
- Share knowledge and experience with other team members
Requirements:
- Five or more years in a milling workplace
- Knowledge of DeltaV or comparable process control systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency and experience with operating equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
