This Talent Acquisition specialist builds recruiter and hiring-manager capability across processes, systems, standards, and ways of working. The role creates onboarding, development programs, playbooks, job aids, and centralized knowledge resources. It also translates complex policies, technology, controls, and changes into practical guidance that supports adoption, consistency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage recruiter onboarding across Talent Acquisition processes
- Develop playbooks, job aids, FAQs, and process guides
- Create hiring-manager guidance for interviewing and candidate evaluation




- Translate process and technology changes into enablement resources
- Measure adoption, proficiency, quality, feedback, and performance data

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- Five or more years in relevant Talent Acquisition disciplines
- Understanding of end-to-end recruiting and stakeholder workflows
- Experience developing onboarding, playbooks, or knowledge resources
- Robust facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
