CareRx seeks a Pharmacist for its Sudbury pharmacy under the designated Pharmacy Manager. You will ensure prescriptions are dispensed accurately, safely, timely, and completely while providing pharmaceutical patient care. The work includes critical medications, palliative care prescriptions, medication reviews, and communication with care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify safe and appropriate medication administration
- Assess and dispense critical medications
- Respond rapidly to palliative care prescriptions
- Manage medication procedure and profile reviews
- Coordinate drug deliveries with delivery teams

Requirements:

- Current Ontario College of Pharmacists license in good standing
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
- Critical thinking and appropriate prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Long-term care pharmacy experience is an asset
