The Opportunity:You keep Jetson's vendors paid accurately and on time. You process a high volume of invoices across two entities and two currencies (Jetson Home Inc. in Canada and Jetson Home Corporation in the US),



resolve the exceptions automation can't, and keep vendor records clean. It's a hands-on role for someone who likes getting the details right and making the process run faster each month. What You Will Do:Process vendor invoices daily in Tipalti and NetSuite: code, match to purchase orders and item receipts, and post bills to the right entity, currency and period.
Work the exception queue: price and quantity mismatches, missing supplier codes, wrong-currency POs. Resolve with Procurement and Inventory, or escalate the same day.
Code and route non-PO invoices (services, rent, utilities, subscriptions, qualified fees) for approval.
Attach invoice backup in NetSuite so every bill is audit-ready.
