As Assistant Manager, Innovation & Brand Experience, you will support product development, portfolio strategy, marketing campaigns, and in-market execution. Your work will combine consumer insights, category trends, competitive activity, and business performance analysis. You will also collaborate with R&D;, Customer Strategy & Planning, Sales, agencies, and North American teams to turn opportunities into results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help develop and launch innovative ice cream products
- Identify trends and opportunities across the ice cream portfolio
- Partner with R&D;, Customer Strategy & Planning, and Sales




- Develop recommendations using consumer and category analysis
- Support social-first marketing campaigns and brand communications
